FHA seems to be the hot topic these days!

It appears that Volusia County along with the entire State of FL is eligible for FHA financing. There is no income limit with the FHA program and the maximum purchase price is $303,750 for Volusia County. FHA finances up to 97%; however, the seller can participate in the AmeriDream program and contribute that 3% on the buyer’s behalf for a $750 fee to them.
